Our Approach to Trauma Recovery
Evidence-Based Residential and Outpatient Treatment
Oasis Houses uses a trauma-informed, evidence-based model of care that integrates clinical therapy, mindfulness, and holistic wellness. Our approach includes EMDR for trauma processing, DBT for emotional regulation, CBT for behavior change, and experiential therapies for personal growth. We focus on treating the root causes of trauma and addiction, not just the symptoms, to help veterans and adults achieve long-lasting recovery and renewed purpose in life.
