Mental Health Treatment Programs & Support

" The Road to Recovery is Our Priority"

What We Treat?

Oasis Houses provides focused care for veterans dealing with complex mental health and behavioral challenges. Each program uses evidence based treatment, clear goals, and structured daily support.

Trauma and PTSD

Veterans experience trauma at a higher rate because of combat, training injuries, loss, and operational stress. Our program provides trauma focused care using EMDR and Cognitive Processing Therapy. These methods help you process intrusive memories, lower hypervigilance, and gain control over emotional reactions. The secure environment allows your nervous system to rest. This makes trauma work more effective and reduces the impact of service related triggers.

Depression

Many veterans face depression that affects motivation, sleep, and daily functioning. Our program gives you a predictable routine and steady support. You meet with licensed therapists, join skill based groups, and receive medication management when needed. We monitor your symptoms and help you replace negative patterns with practical coping tools. The structured environment helps you regain focus, rebuild energy, and improve your quality of life.

Anxiety

Veterans often carry invisible wounds from combat and service. Our trauma and PTSD program uses proven therapies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to help veterans manage flashbacks, anxiety, and emotional distress. Each session focuses on restoring control, improving sleep, and strengthening emotional resilience.

Bipolar Disorder

Many veterans live with mood swings that disrupt daily life. We provide a structured environment with constant monitoring and medication support. You learn how to recognize early signs of mood changes and build routines that stabilize energy and sleep. Therapy focuses on reducing impulsive behavior, improving emotional control, and maintaining long term balance.

Substance
Use

Many veterans use alcohol or drugs to cope with trauma or stress. We provide detox support when required and daily therapy focused on cravings, avoidance patterns, and emotional triggers. You learn relapse prevention skills and build healthy habits that protect your recovery. The controlled residential setting removes all access to substances and gives you a safe space to rebuild your life.

Co Occurring Disorders

Many veterans experience both mental health symptoms and substance use. We treat both conditions together. You receive detox support, trauma therapy, addiction counseling, and medication management in one coordinated plan. This combined approach works well for veterans because it handles every issue that affects stability and recovery.

You work with trained clinicians to reduce immediate risk and rebuild emotional strength. We focus on skills that help you stay safe and regain control during high stress moments. The goal is to support long term stability and protect your well being.

Military Sexual Trauma

Healing from MST requires safety, privacy, and compassion. Veterans receive trauma focused therapy that addresses shame, isolation, and emotional pain. Our team creates a protected environment where you can rebuild trust, strengthen self worth, and move forward at your own pace.

Disorders

Service related stress and trauma can affect eating patterns and body image. Our team provides medical monitoring, nutrition guidance, and therapy that targets restrictive or binge patterns.
